At Taylor Shaw & Edwards & Blake, we're driven by the knowledge that young people deserve and need the best food for their wellbeing; we do food with a difference.What you'll be doing...As a Operations Support Manager, you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.Responsibilities:Elior Experience Communication & Integration: Ensure that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the sites, supporting site managers and Service Champions as needed.Financial Growth & Performance: Drive financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence, and effective merchandising. Implement, monitor, and evaluate results within site teams to exceed financial targets.Site Management Oversight: Oversee Site Management within the area to ensure proactive team management on site.Recruitment & Development: Recruit high-calibre site managers, develop their skills, and drive them to excel in succession planning, recruitment, training, and people development to deliver high-quality service.Team Communication & Relationship Building: Ensure ongoing team communications, including building strong internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive relationships with clients to exceed expectations and retain business.Menu Planning & Design: Innovate menu planning and design within specified budgets, ensuring high standards of food presentation and portion/quality control across the area.Contract Mobilisation/Demobilisation: Plan, lead, and deliver effective mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, coordinating with relevant support functions.Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues.
