In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to craft compelling proposals that align with key project deliverables and client objectives. Building strong, honest relationships with clients will be a priority, allowing you to deeply understand their challenges and opportunities.Key Responsibilities Your goal will be to create value-driven bids that seamlessly connect strategic insights with technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and project drivers, with key responsibilities including:Prepare and deliver high-quality bid submissions that clearly articulate the value, benefits, and unique selling points of our client's offering.Develop compelling value propositions, executive summaries, and other supporting non-price tender elements that align with client expectations.Draft and edit non-technical components of bids, ensuring clarity and alignment with client requirements.Present all bid materials in a clean, polished, and easily digestible format, collating and coordinating all parts of the bid into a final proposal/submission package.Collaborate effectively with both client and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout each tender.Establish and manage Bid Management Plans to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents.Manage and maintain the client bid library, ensuring all information is current and organised.Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients.Desired Skills and Experience To thrive and make this role a success, we are seeking someone who brings the following skills and experience:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software with experience with Adobe InDesign preferred Previous experience in a bid writing or coordination role within the civil, mining, water, construction, or a related industry.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple submissions simultaneously.A self-motivated, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to think critically, thrive under pressure and consistently delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.Why Join Us?
