With direction from your Channel Manager and working alongside the local Repco Store Managers, you will build effective, productive business relationships with our target customers utilizing our newly introduced CRM Platform and best-in-class promotional activity. Through these relationships, you will understand our customer's needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their share of spend with Repco. You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory of approximately 150 Customers.All about you:To be successful in this role you will have an interest in the automotive industry, along with sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred).
