The Premium Client Manager will also provide the appropriate level of account management, customer service and trade execution to the Premium client portfolio in Australia.You will maintain relationships with new and existing clients, promoting a healthy pipeline of prospective business which will fully reflect the high quality of the IG premium client proposition. You will also proactively and frequently entertain clients (and prospects) at various sporting, cultural and educational events, as part of your relationship management expectations.What you'll doIdentify sales opportunities where possible - contacting leads via outbound calling/email/seminarsSupport clients with all queries via phone calls, online chats, emails and face to face meetingsAssist internal teams with pricing, reporting, queries and ad-hoc requestsWork closely with internal teamsMeet monthly sales and KPI targetsSell the product offering and services to both existing and potential clientsProvide proactive support and manage, maintain and develop client relationshipsLive market dealing for both direct and indirect clientsAttend external client meetings and sporting / cultural / educational events.Who we're looking forYou're curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
