With an intention to continue leading the Sydney real estate industry through brand, experience and results – just as we have for the last 20 years – we’re looking for a motivated Studio Coordinator to join BresicWhitney Creative.
The Role
An integral and central member of the team, you will be tasked with driving operational outcomes and effective delivery for both the Creative Team and the broader business. With a focus on the strategic coordination and management of pre-launch materials for the homes we sell and lease, you’ll act as a conduit and communicator between our Creative Team and our agents.
You’ll also act as a support for other members of the Creative team, and play a key role in ensuring ongoing optimisation of workflow, project delivery, quality control and more.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for all bookings and scheduling coordination for BresicWhitney Creative, including but not limited to; photography shoots, retouching workflow, video and drone bookings.
* Forecasting and allocating freelancers’ time when required to support peak periods and acting as a conduit between relevant suppliers and BresicWhitney.
* Working closely with all members of the Creative Team to deliver trusted operational guidance and support, helping our team ‘bring homes to life’ and deliver exceptional service to the business.
* Working closely with the agents and administration coordinators across various teams to ensure properties are delivered in efficient timeframes and to the highest quality.
* Acting as a brand champion for BresicWhitney and the work of the Creative Team.
* General operational support for the Creative Team more broadly, including arranging and helping lead team meetings, projects, training, technological/gear requirements and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar or related role or industry, capable of dealing with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding organizational skills, including problem-solving mentality and willingness to think and act on your feet in an environment that can shift quite quickly.
* Strategic mindset and ability to forecast future team needs/requirements – helping us stay ahead of the curve.
* Solid administration skills and/or operational experience.
* Willingness and interest in being in the office 4-5 days per week, with ability to travel to BresicWhitney’s various offices across the Inner East, Inner West and Lower North Shore.
