Job Description As a leading international retailer, ALDI provides employees the opportunity to work abroad. To support global mobility activity, the National Payroll team are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to coordinate the end-to-end process for employees who are undertaking international assignments, both inbound and outbound. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail while possessing strong problem-solving capabilities and communication skills to cater to multiple domestic and international stakeholders. What does the role look like? Day-to-day execution of the mobility program, including queries from assignees and business stakeholders at all levels Liaising with external providers to provide accurate advice regarding employee remuneration and benefits, tax, and visa requirements for both inbound and outbound employees Coordinating expatriate salary reviews and remuneration adjustments based on changes in circumstance Calculating assignment salary packages in line with policy Liaising with local payroll and HR teams to ensure the execution of employment contracts and compensation packages Liaising with overseas ALDI mobility teams to ensure assignments align in both home and host countries Daily administration of mobility related tasks including the maintenance of employee personnel files, processing invoices, record keeping and managing the global mobility inbox Maintaining process and policy documentation Processing the monthly payroll for inbound employees Processing required immigration applications including Certificates of Coverage Producing monthly and quarterly reporting Ensuring compliance with the assignment tax policy including arranging payments to relevant parties And the best part?
