We are seeking an experienced legal assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to Partners across our Construction practice group.
The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Document preparation, word processing, and drafting correspondence
* File management and organisation
* Coordinating travel arrangements and diary management
* Assisting with client enquiries and general administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous legal support experience (minimum 12 months)
* Sound skills in Microsoft Office Suite
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
* Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
* Accurate word processing skills and attention to detail
