AustraliaPosition Summary: CS e-Storage is looking for a Project Quality Manager to plan, lead, execute, and monitor all project quality work.The Project Quality Manager is responsible for executing the Project's Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), leading root cause analysis (RCA) of any quality issues, and communicating solutions developed and lessons learned.This individual serves as the main point of contact for project quality management and acts as a quality ambassador for coordination with various stakeholders, including owner representatives, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, O&M service providers, and CS e-storage team members.Strong leadership in achieving quality objectives, extensive experience in project quality management, good communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines are highly valued in this position.Essential Duties: Set up, implement, and update the project quality management system (PQMS) according to ISO standards to meet the evolving BESS business development and project quality.Cultivate, drive, and exemplify a "Safety First, Quality Must" culture that emphasizes personal responsibility, openness, continuous learning, and improvement.Focus on doing things safely and right the first time.Plan, organize, lead, and monitor all aspects of project quality assurance activities at various project phases.Manage supplier and contractor quality, review ITPs and NCRs, and conduct quality audits.Develop the Project Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) in collaboration with project team members to meet clients' contractual requirements.Lead and facilitate the application of lessons learned from past projects to future projects, driving continuous improvement in project quality.Identify, track, and document quality issues/non-compliances and communicate their resolution according to the contractual requirements and the SSQP.Coordinate with engineering, project execution, and O&M teams to resolve equipment issues and proactively prevent performance problems.Assist the commercial, procurement, and legal teams with quality-related tasks.Travel as needed within the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and other locations, sometimes with short notice, including weekends or overnight stays.Work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) as required.Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Director and management.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in quality disciplines, project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.Proven track record in project quality management with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.Expertise in quality planning, assurance, and control with hands-on experience using a variety of quality tools.Familiarity with quality management system standards and strong EHS awareness.Skilled at leading and adapting successful team ventures, developing employees, and managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors.Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional, cross-cultural teams and influence outcomes with or without authority.Capable of working productively in a hybrid work environment with strong focus and time management under minimal supervision.Positive, resilient, dedicated, flexible, dependable, and a highly motivated self-starter.Great communicator and resourceful team player.Deep drive to achieve results, complete tasks on time, and meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Able to distill and deliver clear and concise messages tailored for different audiences.Compensation & Benefits: Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on annual objective achievement.Our generous benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability program, vacation, and sick days.Canadian Solar Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
