Tasman Rope Access (TRA) is entering a period of growth with a large pipeline of shutdown and project work throughout South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania. In an administrative capacity, you will provide support to Operations, Planning and Mobilisation, Training, and Finance Departments.
Duties will include:
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee mobilisation, including travel, accommodation, inductions, and compliance with site requirements, to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.
* Coordination and booking of Drug and Alcohol testing and qualification training for crews.
* Liaising with various clients and assisting crews with shutdown compliance and induction training.
* Maintain TRA and client-specific databases and update spreadsheets.
* Marketing Coordination support for South Australia.
* Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed.
Person specifications:
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to work and communicate effectively in a diverse team.
* Experience with Mobilisation of work crews to site.
* Proven experience working within the mining industry.
* Sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety.
* A high level of competence with computers/software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities.
* Strong time management, ability to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
* Proactive team player who can work in an autonomous environment.
