Key Responsibilities : Partner with new and established clients to deliver effective recruitment solutions. Recruit top-tier talent to meet client needs. Collaborate closely with the Business Manager and Operations Staff to develop growth strategies and uncover new business opportunities. Champion a safety-first culture, leading site inductions and toolbox talks. Go above and beyond to provide clients with exceptional service and support. What You Will Bring to the Team : Previous experience in recruitment or account management is preferred; however, we are open to candidates with sales, account management, or customer relationship experience from other industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, travel). Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to challenges. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Confidence, resilience, and a commitment to going the extra mile. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Self-motivated, with a strong initiative and a keen interest in learning. Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
