As our Senior Learning Specialist, you will be partnering across workstreams within our Risk Transformation program. You’ll proactively manage the end-to-end learning development process and identify, scope, design, build and deliver learning pathways, modules and on-the-job support tools. This role will see you work closely with stakeholders across the business – from conducting a learning needs analysis with our risk and compliance experts, right through to post-implementation review. You will play a pivotal role in designing a new Risk Academy and assist the broader capability team in developing and delivering the mandatory training portfolio, including modules and support tools. You will be required to sequence, schedule and project-manage the development approach to ensure timely delivery across work streams, including resource recommendation for implementation. This includes taking responsibility of ongoing refinements and management of existing learning programs and experiences. About you It’s no secret, we are looking for a learning and development guru. Someone who is highly experienced and skilled in delivering and assessing the full breadth of learning modalities assisted by a deep knowledge of adult learning methodologies and human-centred design principles with the ability to choose the most effective learning and performance solutions for the job. We’re looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders in a variety of office locations. Given the nature of the work, it would be extremely helpful to understand risk management within a financial services environment.
