**Opportunity Summary**
We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and support Pilbara residential employees with our Employee Housing reimbursement software.
This is a 14-month fixed term contract with a 4 days on, 3 days off roster and 10 hour shifts.
The role involves managing the lease process for Fortescue-owned properties, negotiating rent and lease renewals, and overseeing maintenance requests.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide professional communication and exceptional customer service across all platforms, including face-to-face and virtual meetings.
* Software Support: Support Pilbara residential employees with our Employee Housing reimbursement software.
* Tenant Issues: Resolve and contribute to effective management of tenant issues with real estate agents and for Fortescue provided accommodation.
* Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, report preparation, and documentation, including the use of our work management, data storage and Property Management software.
* Property Inspections: Complete routine inspections, property condition reports and vacate condition reports as required for the Port Hedland portfolio.
* Administrative Tasks: Manage general administrative tasks, including filing, archiving, communication logs and providing high-level reports to Housing leadership.
* Lease Renewals: Negotiate rent and lease renewals with real estate agents, manage end lease negotiations and bond requirements.
* Maintenance Requests: Oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely action and completion.
* Emergency Contact: Be available for afterhours emergency contact and flexible travel requirements as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
* Property Management: Strong understanding of property management principles, with experience in the real estate or property management industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
* Time Management: High level of time management and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
* Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to following policies and procedures.
