We are seeking a Senior Property Analyst to join our Property Investment team. Reporting to the Property Investment Manager, the Senior Property Analyst will be responsible for property investment business cases (investment analysis & report writing), capital grant funding applications and general property administration and analysis.
Please note, this is a full time, permanent opportunity working out of 192 Ann Street, Brisbane City, with some work from home flexibility on offer.
Your part in our UnitingCare team The Senior Property Analyst will take the lead and be responsible for the following key duties:
Investment analysis and financial modelling Development of Business Cases / Reports Development and submission of government grant applications Feasibilities and strategic plans Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Support Investment and Development team members with development projects, property acquisitions and disposals, and internal reporting where required What makes a difference for us? To be successful in this role you will need to have a high level of strategic, conceptual and analytical capabilities and demonstrate the ability to make informed, sound judgements. A result-focused approach is important, and you will be required to cultivate productive working relationships.
Qualifications in a property-related discipline (or alternatively finance) would be highly regarded.
Experience in property investment and / or development analysis, financial modelling, business case preparation, and report writing.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Knowledge of property markets and investment assets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
