Position Details Permanent Full-time, role located in Hamilton Your shifts will be 75/77 fortnightly split You will assist in supporting our customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach Experience within the disability sector, including dealing with complex behaviours of concern Effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector Strategic thinker about how to improve your service and contribute to positive changes Ability to adapt to various situations An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) Responsibilities As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services, you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal – to enable our customers to live as equal and empowered citizens.
