Campaign & strategy development Partner with the CEOBased in South East suburbs Office based roleHealth based organisation, work on collateralReporting into the General Manager Brand & Communications, this role will support a wide variety of teams across the organisation with various campaigns & projects but will focus predominantly on branding, internal communications and marketing campaigns. This is a true business partnering role that will work with stakeholders to develop content and make the internal communications strategy come to life. The Communications & Marketing Advisor will ensure messaging is clear and will advise internal teams of best practice regarding plans and strategies.The role:Manage end to end promotional campaignsSupport the rollout of internal branding and advise stakeholders of the guidelinesAssist with the development of internal & external communications & marketing strategiesDevelop content on various projects across the organisationIdentify opportunities to optimise marketing campaignsLiaise with external stakeholders and agencies from time to timePlay a key advisory role across various projects internallyAbout you:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as communications or marketingMinimum of 4 years experience in communications both writing and developing strategyDemonstrated experience partnering with various departmentsExperience working within a multinational organisation is advantageousStrong organisational skills and able to work under pressureExcellent communication and engagement skillsBenefits:Social events across teamsAccess to professional development annuallyOffices located near public transportYou may be required to do a written task as part of the recruitment process.
