About The Roles As a result of Milwaukee's continued amazing growth and success we have three warehouse team management roles available at our new state of the art Milwaukee Distribution Centre in Tullamarine. These roles will form part of our DC leadership team and play a key part in this exciting expansion of a Greenfield site. There are three positions available across Picking, Replenishment and Dispatch. The key focus is to manage and coach your teams to achieve cost effectiveness and efficiency within agreed timeframes whilst ensuring safety first across the operations of our 76,000 square metre DC. Reporting directly to our DC Operations Manager duties will include: Encourage and maintain a safety-focused culture across all areas of the DC ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Ensure the Warehouse is running at optimum resource levels to meet the required service levels and expectations of our customers. Liaise and communicate daily with key stakeholders of service to our business. Prepare and report daily/weekly/monthly as appropriate on agreed KPI measures and analysis to ensure all targets are met. Lead your team to ensure all orders are picked and despatched within agreed timelines and pick accuracy exceeds the minimum benchmark levels. Support the Operations Manager by identifying opportunities to achieve cost savings in your area of responsibility. Support Continuous Improvement by identifying performance/process gaps and new opportunities. Liaise with the Inventory Team to improve system and physical inventory differences ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Lead and support the team, enabling them to grow and succeed in their roles. Encourage and facilitate multi-skilling on your shift using appropriate training and development programs. About YOU You will have a passion for motivating, coaching and leading teams creating a positive and team based, adaptable culture that people will enjoy working in every day. You have a proven track record in a similar fast paced, warehouse leadership role within Picking, Replenishment or Dispatch and a results driven, collaborative approach in addition to the following: Proven experience using complex warehouse management systems (SAP) desirable. Microsoft Office – intermediate. Experienced in picking/replenishment within a large warehouse, managing a team of 25+. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads. Lead by example and hands on approach. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of picking, replenishment, dispatch, cycle counting and training staff on the use of the warehouse management system -SAP. Experience working in a FMCG environment is advantageous.
