About the Role:
Our client seeks a dedicated Lawyer or Senior Associate to join their Brisbane Litigation Practice. The role involves working closely with Litigation and Restructuring Partner, on a variety of complex legal and factual dispute resolution matters. These include:
* Contract and equity disputes
* Corporations law
* Risk management and regulatory issues
* Contentious and non-contentious restructuring across various industries
Each case presents unique challenges, requiring innovative solutions and clear, simple explanations.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience in Litigation and/or Restructuring & Insolvency
* A genuine passion for Litigation
* A desire to be part of a fantastic team culture
