Permanent RolePaying $149,428.49 - $165,645.50 + Super The Parking & Asset Manager leads a multidisciplinary team to oversee Council's parking operations and asset strategy, ensuring safety, sustainability, and value for the community.
The role manages parking assets, coordinates strategic projects, and maintains compliance with asset management systems.
It involves contract management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and innovation to achieve long-term viability.
The manager drives asset lifecycle planning, ensures effective governance, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and customer service while meeting statutory requirements.
