If this sounds like you, and you’re up for your next career challenge, then we really want to hear from you About the Role As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will be energetic, creative, passionate and ready to assist children with additional needs to independently engage with their peers and learning environment. Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria: Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day Interest in and/or passion for and/or experience in working with children with additional needs Open to our innovative and unique way of programming, practice and pedagogy as well as the RIE approach Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service Motivation to build and maintain positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community ACECQA approved Early Childhood or Allied Health qualification(s) for example Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education etc., or working towards. Essential Criteria: Valid NSW Working with Children Check Available to work on a permanent part-time basis from Monday to Thursday, 8 hours per day, and 32 hours per week Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
