About the role
selectability is seeking an experienced Administration Officer all-rounder to be part of our team. As an Administration Officer, you will assist to provide high quality service to our Team. As our Administration Officer you will be required to complete a broad range of administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* perform administrative tasks whilst demonstrating good organisational skills, flexibility and problem solving
* effective prioritisation of own workload to complete allocated tasks within designated timeframes
* basic data entry and effective record keeping
* receiving and responding to a high volume of phone calls
* communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
About you
To be considered for this rewarding role you will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
To be successful you must:
* ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of employees
* exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take instruction
* sensitive and adaptable to consumers different personalities, cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances
* and most importantly a positive attitude!
You will also need:
* demonstrated experience in an administrative role
* a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
About the offer
