Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounting systems and information to tight month-end timelines.
* Monitor and process day-to-day financial operations within the jurisdiction, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
* Lead the relationship between our business and external agents/auditors.
* Partner with the senior leadership team in APAC to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making.
* Adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
* Prepare budgets and regular forecasts for the region.
* Maintain a control environment, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.
* Monitor internal financial controls.
* Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures aligned to group standards.
* Aid in streamlining financial processes for the region.
* Project manage a new finance system implementation for the region, led by the HQ team.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a CA/CPA qualified accountant/finance professional.
* Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience of Australian accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience in implementing new finance systems.
* Prior experience in a SaaS software business, preferably with revenue around $10M.
