Business Analyst (Digital Transformation) MARS are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Digital Track Inspections Project—a critical initiative aimed at enhancing rail network inspection processes. This project will reduce manual inspections and office-based video analysis by leveraging cloud-based video analytics and automation.
Location: Hybrid | Must Be Onsite 2-3 Days Per Fortnight (Regional Site in Perth, WA)

Key Responsibilities: Analyse current processes & pain points in inspection workflows.Define future-state processes & map workflows to improve efficiency.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.Work on system capability assessments to determine how technology can enhance processes.Support application development & system design, ensuring alignment with business needs.Perform data modelling tasks (desirable but not essential).Key Skills & Experience Required: Process Mapping & Business Analysis - Ability to define current and future-state workflows.Stakeholder Management - Engaging technical and non-technical teams.Application Development Experience (MUST HAVE) - Understanding of system integrations & technology implementations.Data Modelling (Desirable) - Ability to work with data types to support system improvements.Rail or Mining Experience (Highly Beneficial) - Experience in heavy industry environments is advantageous.Technical Tools: Visio, Miro, Agile DevOps, Jira (familiarity is beneficial). #J-18808-Ljbffr
