Position OverviewWe're looking for an administrative officer with a strong background in bookkeeping/accounts to assist the Operations Manager in managing bills, basic bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, as well as general administrative tasks as required.
Approx 16-24 hrs a week, depending on the applicant, flexible work times if needed.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 yr administrative experienceConfident reconciling accounts, data entry, manual journal entriesExperience with Xero and Hubdoc advantageousA proactive problem solver who takes great pride in their work.Excellent communication skills.Co-operative enthusiastic team player.An ability to relate well to all kinds of people and develop constructive and effective relationships.Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products, primarily Excel.Please include a cover letter and CV with your application.Please note that only applicants successful in progressing to the next stage of selection will be contacted.
