Executive Assistant to WA Senior Leadership
A unique opportunity has arisen to support the World's largest humanitarian movement in East Perth. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the WA State Director and Divisional Advisory Board.
About the Role:
* Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support.
* Manage complex schedules and coordinate multiple tasks.
* Develop correspondence, communications, and presentations.
About You:
* Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to work.
