We are seeking a Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba. As a key member of the team, you will deliver compassionate, recovery-focused care to adults with severe mental illness and their carers and families.
Your Day Will Look Like:
* Collaborating with a diverse team of health professionals to provide comprehensive social work assessments, interventions, and case management for individuals facing severe mental health challenges.
* Engaging directly with consumers, families, and carers, using evidence-based practices to address complex needs, advocate for better outcomes, and foster recovery.
* Contributing to service improvement initiatives and participating in multidisciplinary discussions to improve lives and create a positive impact in the community.
