We are currently seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the coordination of workshop activities, aligning all resources with the Drilling Products operational priorities and work plans. This is a business-critical role, collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that planned priorities are met. Based at the Adelaide facility and reporting directly to the Technical Service Group Manager, the main aim of this role is to ensure the service, modification, and manufacture of capital equipment and spare parts meet the highest standards, as well as completed on target. Upholding the company's reputation as a global OEM leader in the drilling industry is key to the success of this role and the broader Drilling Products business. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Collaborate with all stakeholders to plan and prioritise workshop activities to ensure completion targets are met. Provide direction and guidance to TSG workshop technicians. Liaise with technical managers to provide technical assistance and upskilling opportunities for workshop technicians. Assist TSG personnel whilst in the field with technical and parts support. Liaise with customers and account managers as required for workshop service requirements. Provide input to enable accurate quoting of workshop service activities. Troubleshoot and conduct technical investigations as required to support the resolution of any problems or quality issues. Assist with product testing with new and existing customers, to assess and improve product performance. Work with key internal and external stakeholders to develop new opportunities and input into new product development. Liaise with eAM coordinator to ensure eAM and manufacturing work order compliance is kept regarding issuing of parts and working hours across all workshop activities. Ensure workshop service work is completed, documented, and recorded in accordance with TSG procedures. Ability to foster positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate visible safety leadership to ensure a healthy and safe working environment. A few other things we're looking for: At least 5 years' experience in the Exploration or related industry. Certificate in a Mechanical or Electrical Trade. Experience managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong planning and organisational skills.
