* Database management and general administrative tasks
* Administrative support, including overseeing marketing campaigns, preparing documents, and compiling reports
* Handle prospective buyer enquiries and identify potential leads
* Schedule and manage appointments and organise open homes
* Build and sustain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and industry contacts
* Attend and assist with property appraisals
* Coordinate and assist in preparing property listings
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in real estate sales/sales administration, a strong understanding of the local Perth market, and excellent communication skills. You should also have a vehicle and an unrestricted WA driver's license, real estate registration, and a minimum of 12 months' industry experience.
