About the Role
Our Senior HR Advisor takes an active role in partnering with business leaders to deliver modern HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role offers advice and support on industrial and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. It includes managing union right of entry, facilitating collective bargaining, managing disciplinary and grievance processes, and providing advice and support on matters such as performance management and attraction strategies.
This role contributes to the development, implementation and review of policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legislation and organisational goals.
Our Senior HR Advisor builds strong stakeholder relationships, and mentors and coaches leaders and other members of the HR team to improve workforce capability across the organisation and within the HR team.
About You
We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor with experience in providing advice and support on industrial and employee relations, undertaking workplace investigations, and addressing workplace issues and business challenges through sound initiative and problem solving skills.
In this role, you will ideally have:
* A solid working knowledge of industrial relations, employee relations, and collective bargaining.
* Proven expertise in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to address business needs.
* High level written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a Medical, National Police Clearance / NDIS Workers Check.
