Job Description Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting with the integration of a newly acquired business into the group, alongside supporting various automation and streamlining initiatives across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role that will see you collaborate with the CFO and senior stakeholders to drive financial efficiency and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
Assist the CFO in the integration of the newly acquired business. Lead initiatives to streamline processes and drive automation across the group's entities. Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow forecasting. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate ROI on future capital investments. Oversee month-end financial reporting and ensure tax compliance across entities. Work on ad hoc projects as directed by the CFO or CEO. The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:
Proven experience in acquisition and business integration's, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Hands-on knowledge of SAP or Pronto is highly desirable. Previous experience overseeing a SAP implementation would also be desirable. Experience working in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller position within the manufacturing industry will be advantageous. Be available to start on short notice. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and key stakeholders. The ability to thrive in an evolving and fast-paced work environment.
