As we continue our growth, we are looking for an Employment Advisory Lead to join our People team and support our M&A projects.As a Lead Employment Advisor, you will be working within the Employment team, a sub-team of the global People team, across a variety of projects related to Employment and People Integrations. You will be at the forefront of key global M&A projects working with a highly experienced wider Acquisitions team. This role will play an integral part in integrating and aligning existing and prospective acquisitions into WiseTech Global from a people perspective. With employees and entities in 40+ jurisdictions globally, you will gain huge global exposure.The Responsibilities:Lead and co-lead projects related to Employment and People Integrations.Work closely with the Employment team and wider People team to align terms and conditions, documentation, processes, and culture globally.Advise, mentor, and collaborate with other internal stakeholders on a variety of projects related to acquired businesses.Create relationships with all other sub-teams in the People team to enhance current processes and solve cross-functional challenges related to people integration, including compensation, benefits, employment law, payroll, onboarding, etc.Develop relationships with the wider WiseTech teams involved in specific People processes (Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, Integration).Deliver an outstanding employee experience that helps achieve integration objectives.To be successful in this position you will have:5+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions/integrations from a people perspective.Strong employment-related experience (including technical employment, such as legislation updates, remuneration, documentation creation, union, and collective bargaining agreements).Exposure to working with global entities.Ability to lead and provide support on a variety of projects.High attention to detail and critical thinking, to maintain high quality standards in employment-related tasks.Ability to establish scalable processes.Before You Apply:From time to time, WiseTech Global may use external service providers to assist us with assessing applications, including background checks, on our behalf.
