Your Responsibilities as a Busser/Runner
1. Welcome every guest into our restaurant with a smile.
2. Set up the station for the shift.
3. E nsure silverware and condiments are on the table.
4. Refill drinks and pre-buss tables.
5. Run hot food to guests when ready in the alley.
6. Provide guest support for servers as needed.
7. Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards.
8. Clear dishes from tables, reset the table, and clean seats and floors.
9. Communicate table readiness.
10. Break down items in the dish area.
What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)
* You must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying for.
* Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
* Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift.
* A team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
