About the team
The Deloitte Advisory practice leads and manages high-impact strategic projects for clients as part of large-scale strategy-led transformations, developing and implementing strategies for strategic, operational and climate-related challenges. We support C-suite and Government clients translating strategy into practice through designing and implementing new business- and operating models, to drive sustainable improvement and growth. We identify analyse the current state of an organisation, define improvement opportunities based on gaps, and advise on solutions that optimise organisational resources and capabilities.
What will your typical day look like?
You will be part of our Strategy and Transformation Advisory team within our Deloitte Climate and Sustainability (DCS) practice, bringing your passion and drive to help our clients develop and execute strategies, positioning them for success in the energy transition. You will:
4. Play an integral role leading large and complex projects whilst also supporting and driving sales initiatives within the business
5. Collaborate with client executives to understand their strategic goals and challenges, and providing tailored insights and recommendations to drive business growth and transformation
6. Conduct analyses, apply technical skills and knowledge to design and lead work streams, successfully managing project risks and financials along the way
7. Play a key role in developing strategy, designing business models and enabling transformation execution
8. Develop strong relations and rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, further enabling you to leverage client relationships to on sell work and shape new opportunities
9. Provide project- and career coaching to junior team members to help develop skills and expertise

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
10. A background and/or passion for climate and sustainability, with a strong understanding of trends and concepts, and aptitude for learning about new technologies and solutions.
11. 4-6 years of experience with strategy development, innovation consulting, business planning and/or product management
12. Experience in a high-pressure start-up environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams and/or involvement with a top-tier consulting firm
13. Experience solution and/or venture design and development. Understanding how to take ideas through to commercialisation
14. An ability to communicate ideas, strategies, and complex concepts in clear and compelling fashion, for both business leaders and technical solution and/or venture building teams
15. Deep business acumen, exceptional quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills
16. Demonstrated project management skills, including agile ways of working, to scope, design and plan projects
17. Exceptional people skills and strong executive presence, with demonstrated ability of building trust and credibility across stakeholder groups (i.e., senior executive level, business, and technical teams)
18. Demonstrated proven capabilities in leadership, mentoring and management of multi-disciplinary teams to manage a junior team from ambiguous beginnings to meaningful output and enabling team members to thrive
