In this role, you will: Oversee procurement activities for multiple processing plants in Queensland, managing a team of procurement managers. Develop and implement procurement strategies for CAPEX and indirect services, ensuring cost efficiencies. Conduct spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Collaborate with global teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations. What we're looking for: 10+ years of experience in procurement, particularly in indirect procurement services and CAPEX. Proven leadership experience, with a focus on driving cost improvements and procurement excellence. Strong skills in spend analysis and supplier negotiation, with a global mindset. Experience with procurement systems, ideally SAP S4/HANA. Relevant degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
