This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with children, using engaging activities to support and nurture their individual growth. If you're excited about bringing innovative, neurodevelopmental approaches into your practice, this could be the ideal role for you!What You'll Be DoingEngage Children in Dynamic, Developmentally-Appropriate Sessions: Conduct exciting, personalized activities designed to support each child's strengths and needs.Implement Evidence-Based Techniques: Use the Melillo Method, Neurosage, and Interactive Metronome to support brain-based development, helping children achieve essential milestones.Create and Implement Individualized Development Plans: Design brain-boosting sessions that help each child overcome learning and behavioral challenges.Collaborate Closely with Families: Work side-by-side with parents and caregivers, making them an essential part of each child's journey.Track Progress and Celebrate Wins: Keep detailed notes on each child's achievements, communicate regularly with the team, and celebrate every milestone.Who You AreBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Developmental Education, or a Related Field.Experience working with children with developmental, learning, or behavioral challenges, including ASD, ADHD, and sensory processing needs.Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for neurodevelopment and early childhood learning.Exceptional communication skills and a warm, positive attitude that builds trust with children and their families.Hours of WorkMonday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PMWe're looking for a part-time team member who can offer flexibility to best meet the needs of our clients and their families.Why You'll Love Working HereSupportive Team Culture: Join a team that's just as passionate about child development as you are.
