This is an office-based role working as part of the Cyclone Brand, you will bring your strength in leadership to support and drive the Rural Sales and Marketing team, this role is an essential role in looking after and being the voice of our customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting our internal and external customers
2. Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture
3. Implementation of customer experience enhancements through technology
4. Enthusiastic about driving performance and bring positive energy to the daily work environment
5. Continuous improvements of customer service processes
6. Hitting and exceeding key KPIs.

11. Experience in Rural/Agricultural industries is desirable but not essential
12. Exposure to SAP and Salesforce would be beneficial.
