About the Role
This role combines functional consulting with hands-on configuration, blending business processes with Dynamics F&O’s core capabilities to drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the configuration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems.
* Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Design and implement solutions that align out-of-the-box F&O functionality with business requirements.
* Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
* Drive process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
* Develop and maintain system documentation.
Technical Skills Required
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with proficiency in both Finance and SCM.
* Understanding of business process modeling and optimization.
* Knowledge of best practices in ERP implementation and configuration.
* Experience in solution design and system integration.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
