Eero is seeking a hands-on, highly-motivated and customer-obsessed marketing professional. Someone with the willingness to support a wide range of activities across direct to consumer and through partner channels. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and persuasively. You’ll be asked to think strategically while executing against your plans yourself. This person should be able to drive focus and excellence within the channels they own and should have the ability to present results to Senior Leadership. This role will operate across both Retail and ISP channels.
This role is a 12-month fixed contract.
Key job responsibilities
1. Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing initiatives.
2. Manage campaign scheduling around key seasonal and promotional events.
3. Design and execute partner marketing programs that drive demand generation and revenue growth across APAC.
4. Collaborate with US and regional teams to develop and implement partner enablement materials and campaigns.
5. Manage partner marketing budgets and track ROI of marketing investments.
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, ideally including at least 3 years in partner/channel marketing and proven track record in developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
* Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
* Strong understanding of demand generation principles and partner ecosystem dynamics.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
* Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
* Experience in managing marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
