CTP Senior Case Manager | QLD - Brisbane

You'll be responsible for:
4. Managing your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation
5. Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, rehabilitation advisors and medical professionals, to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work oues
6. Assessing claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements
7. Assessing and managing injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation, and interpret medical reports
8. Review treatment requests and organise investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management
9. Make settlement offers and attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation
10. Attend conferences with counsel, expert witnesses, and lawyers
Important to your success:
11. Qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health or related disciplines
12. Proven para-legal personal injury experience a preference
13. Insurance Claims experience, within CTP / Personal Injury a preference
14. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation
15. Skills to manage a target driven case load
16. Having a genuine customer focused approach
17. Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
18. Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills
