Project and Contract Administrator (Bunbury WA)
OFI is looking for an experienced Project and Contract Administrator to join us in our Bunbury office.
To be considered for the position, it is essential to have the following skills and experience:
* Relevant contract admin qualification (degree preferred)
* Experience in a similar role
* Scheduling experience (desirable)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key responsibilities will be:
* Maintain registers of contracts, delays, and variations as required by the Commercial Advisor or Project Manager
* Prepare monthly progress claims for completed works
* Assist Project Managers in identifying variations
* Prepare Contracts and Scopes for OFI Subcontractors
* Collate and file contracts under the relevant project and/or client folder
* Administer OFI Subcontracts and track variations and delays
* Assist in project set-up including review of project scope/brief and personnel requirements
* Assist in the preparation of project monthly/weekly reports
* Facilitate and minute Project Meetings
