Demonstrated recruitment experience across Assessment Centre’s, Corporate and Bulk Recruitment Significant experience in recruitment and selection environment, including leadership of staff, budget management, supply and demand projections and rigorous monitoring of recruitment targets. Proven experience and capacity to strategically review and improve recruitment and selection systems and processes to achieve optimal outcomes. Ability to strategically align recruitment activities to meet state wide workforce and business requirements as well as developing and expanding sources of applicants from multiple sources. Recruitment projects experience including LinkedIn, AI, Video’s and other innovative talent sourcing strategies High level written communication skills including reports, policy, management briefings and responses to Parliamentary and Ministerial matters and the ability to provide detailed advice on complex matters at short notice. Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns, and retain and manage multiple applicant pools, in a high volume work environment. High level negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills including using a cooperative approach to enhance processes and to form strong relationships with key business partners. Experience in the use of HR Information Systems, word processing, database and spreadsheet applications. Demonstrated people management skills, including providing staff support, staff development, performance management and the early identification of unacceptable workplace behaviour, taking appropriate action such as investigation, resolution and monitoring of harassment and bullying, grievance issues and conflict resolution.
