As the Head of Inside Sales, you will be working directly with the Sales Director & the Field Sales team to drive continuous performance and growth across the region. As a passionate sales leader, you will thrive in a hands-on environment. The role is both challenging and rewarding and requires an individual who is results driven, and one who loves to celebrate success.
With 3 Direct Reports, You Will Be Responsible For:
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.
Coaching, live-coaching, and mentoring the team to maximize performance.
Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement.
Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
CRM data management for effective lead generation.
Utilise data to make effective decisions resulting in positive gains.
