About the role
Reporting to the Retail Planning Manager, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to create CAD documents for new store setups and redesign projects. You will transform hand-drawn sketches into precise CAD documentation, providing essential support throughout the process.
Responsibilities include;
* Maintain the fixture data base to ensure it is always updated and accessible for the team.
* Meet deadlines to complete projects and tasks on time.
* Participate in drafting and documenting fixtures.
* Prepare preliminary and construction documentation.
* Collate all documentation and ensure timely delivery.
* Produce guidelines packages to be shared with external suppliers.
* Escalate any project related issues and deadlines concerns.
* Keep system files up to date.
* Support Planning Coordinators with daily drafting tasks.
About you
You will have comparable experience in a similar role, along with qualifications in a relevant discipline. You will have proven experience providing administrative support, such as managing systems, procedures, policies, instructions, and records, within a large organisation.
You will also have:
* Demonstrated Auto CAD experience.
* Great organisation and time management skills
* Ability to plan, prioritise and complete tasks within set deadlines.
* Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels and the ability to clearly communicate policies, procedures, and instructions to both managers and employees.
