What you'll be doing
Responsible to the Clinical Leads and Senior Intestinal Failure Pharmacist for the provision of quality pharmaceutical services mainly to the Gastroenterology and Critical Care units at Westmead Hospital.
Perform or supervise those tasks of drug distribution necessary to ensure the safe and quality use of medicines. Provide clinical pharmacy services, education and research activities in his/her designated area as outlined in the departmental Policy and Procedures manual.
Please note: To be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must have an Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.
Essential Criteria
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions Bachelor of Pharmacy AND must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
