This role is culturally and strategically very important for the club, as it enters a new growth phase with a large development plan in place to incorporate world-class sporting and fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Redefine the People & Culture department for the growth phase while shaping the next generation of talent.
* Lead and implement strategies that enhance team culture, employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
* Act as a mentor, guiding and developing staff at all levels to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Implement a successful succession plan for all management levels.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain top talent.
* Foster open communication and address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Design and lead initiatives that support professional growth, diversity, and employee well-being.
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or customer-centric industries.
* Possess a passion for people, diversity, and creating an inclusive workplace.
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute culture-focused initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in employee development, training, and retention.
