Job Title: S/4 Migration Consultant for SAP HCM and Payroll
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead the migration of payroll functions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, with a focus on full lifecycle payroll implementations for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop effective strategies for migration and configure payroll components within SAP HCM
* Manage and resolve defects throughout the migration lifecycle
* Configure time management and integrate payroll with other SAP modules or external systems
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 successful migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
* Proven experience managing large-scale payroll projects in Australia or New Zealand
* Deep knowledge of full lifecycle payroll implementations in SAP HCM
Favorable Skills:
* Experience with Australian payroll system, especially STP (Single Touch Payroll)
* Familiarity with STP 1.0 and 2.0 payroll reporting standards in Australia
