This role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and administration of the Learning Governance Framework. This role will also a take a lead in the design and coordination of Commercial Claims relevant learning solutions as well as onboarding programs which aligns with the Commercial Claims strategy. What you’ll do Learning Governance Framework: support and implement a sustainable framework. Develop and design of learning solutions and onboarding programs. Facilitate Commercial Claims training programs Play a key role in supporting career pathways and capability uplift initiatives. Create and facilitate workshops, meetings and showcase with stakeholders to design and deliver appropriate solutions, and to maintain engagement throughout initiatives and activities Manage Commercial Claim’s participation in ANZIIF learning modules and events What you’ll bring 3 years’ experience in insurance or financial services work experience Demonstrated experience management of frameworks and governance or within a related field Experience in developing and designing learning solutions desirable Demonstrated technical facilitation experience desired Experience in classroom and virtual instructor led training desired Strong focus on positive customer experiences and ethical decision-making Effective time management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to gaining new skills Ability to role model claims behaviours, work collaboratively across stakeholders of all levels and communicate superbly in writing If this opportunity sounds like the challenge, you have been looking for, please apply online today.
