Your Responsibilities: Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including entering and paying invoices, processing receipts. Logging tradesmen's hours. The first point of contact within the office. Your Qualifications: 2+ years Office Administration experience. Experience with Accounts Payable preferable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and support all areas of the business. Be organized and flexible. Be a permanent resident of Australia/citizen. Working across 2 businesses, you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role.
