You will work collaboratively, tailoring your approach to the needs of the individual.
You will quickly establish rapport with clients and their families and have clear and effective communication skills.
You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in case notes and record-keeping.
You will be comfortable supporting adult clients with intellectual/physical disabilities, high medical needs, mental health diagnosed or high behavioural concerns.
Special requirements This role requires a female Support Worker who can assist our client located in Seaton.
Our client is a 2:1, therefore, you will always have another staff member with you.
It is important that you have Epilepsy and Midazolam training, as well as Crisis Prevention Institute Training (CPI) for this role.
Your Availability We have permanent shifts available over a 7-day roster, including passive sleepover shifts attached to afternoon and morning shifts.
There is a possibility to pick up extra shifts if required.
