About the role of Junior Contracts Administrator: As a Junior Contract Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of our construction projects. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about the construction industry and eager to build a career in contract administration. You’ll work closely with the commercial and project teams, helping to manage key documentation, liaise with subcontractors, and track project progress. This role offers a great learning environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to be a part of exciting and diverse projects in the building space. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and managing contracts and related documentation Support the commercial team in tracking project budgets, schedules, and compliance Help maintain accurate records, including purchase orders, variations, and contract claims Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Assist in reviewing and processing progress claims, invoices, and variations Work closely with the project team to ensure all contract obligations are met About You: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential) 2 + years experience in contract administration Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Eager to learn and develop skills in contract management and project coordination Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Defence experience desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn industry-specific software Benefits: Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
