Full time / Part time, 12 months fixed term.L ocated on the Camperdown Campus at the School of Psychology Opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching and pedagogical practices in coaching psychology Base Salary Level B, $122,830 - $145,858 p.a.+ 17% superannuation About the opportunity The University of Sydney is welcoming applications for a Lecturer in Coaching Psychology (Education Focused).This position is an education-focused specialised category of academic engagement reserved for talented educators with a passion for, and demonstrated excellence in, pedagogical practice and design.The successful applicant will be working within the Coaching Psychology Unit, which is the world's first university-based Coaching Psychology Unit with the first established university master's level program in coaching worldwide.The Coaching Psychology Unit is recognised internationally for its innovative and rigorous development of evidence-based approaches to coaching psychology and applied positive psychology and is renowned for establishing the early research base for the discipline internationally.More information about the Coaching Psychology Unit is available on the School website.Your key responsibilities will be to: undertake independent teaching into the programs delivered by the School's Coaching Psychology Unit engage in high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the University's expectations and standards for education-focused staff contribute to outstanding educational design, delivery and evaluation to improve student outcomes apply knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practice to innovate education.About you The University values courage and creativity;
